Support Desk hours

Monday – Friday 

9 am – 5 pm EST

Our team is available to help answer questions or assist with issues during regular business hours.  The support desk will be closed or limited hours during statutory holidays (US).

If a ticket is submitted after business hours or on a holiday, our team will respond the next business day.

We are happy to help with:

  • Questions or support issues related to Design Palette Pro or advertised features.
  • Setting up Design Palette Pro.
  • Using Design Palette Pro.
  • Troubleshooting bugs related to or interfere with the use of Design Palette Pro.
  • Feature requests – we always love to hear what is most useful to our customers.

The user guide answers the 95% of the support requests submitted to our team. Because WordPress is a vast empire of possibilities we know it doesn’t cover every scenario, and encourage you to send us your questions or issues.  We look forward to creating a smooth customizing experience using Design Palette Pro.

The absolute best way to access support is to log in to your site, then use the revolutionary DPP support widget within your WP dashboard:

  1. Log into your site
  2. Go to Genesis > Design Palette Pro > Help and Support
  3. Fill out the form with as much information as possible
  4. Click “Submit Request”

This is not meant to be a barrier to getting help. In fact, it’s the opposite of that: Your support widget gives us super-helpful information about your site’s setup, which makes resolving your issue quicker and more efficiently all the way around.
