You can either FTP the plugin files into your /plugins/ folder, or you can go to the “Plugins” tab in the WP admin dashboard, then “Add New”, then click “upload” on the small menu at the top and upload the .zip file directly there.
Once you’ve done either of those, activate it, then go to the “Design Palette” menu item under the main “Genesis” tab and it should all be there for you.
